My goals are to stay energetic, flexible, strong and sexy as I get older. Below you'll find some of the frameworks, tools and routines I employ to help with that.

The basics: exercise, eat, sleep

Pretty straightforward. Moving not only build strength and stamina β€” it's also very fun depending on what you do. I try to eat right and get enough sleep.

Exercise

My body craves physical activity.

I grew up playing πŸ€ basketball and my body got used to the training. Took up πŸ§—β€β™‚οΈ rock climbing in 2016 and got pretty serious at that til gyms closed down cos of the pandemic.

In recent months it's mostly been πŸš΅β€β™‚οΈ cycling for me.

A routine for warming up before a workout or just to loosen up in the morning.
